MyStay90 app privacy policy

This policy explains what the MyStay90 Android app (package com.mystayvisa.stay90) stores on your phone, what it sends, and the choices you have. 한국어 안내는 아래에 있습니다.

Summary

MyStay90 needs no account and no login, and it works offline. The names, dates, addresses and passport details you enter stay on your phone. MyStay90 operates no server that receives them. The only data that can leave your phone is (1) optional usage statistics, sent to Google Firebase Analytics only after you switch them on, (2) technical connection information processed by Google when the app reads its public service settings, and (3) files or messages that you yourself choose to save, share or send. The app contains no third-party advertising networks and does not use the advertising ID. It is intended for adults (18 and over).

Data stored on your phone

Depending on what you enter, the app stores: display names for you and up to four other people, your latest entry date or last report date, calculated and adjusted reporting dates, reminder settings, report history, and TM.47 form details (full name as in passport, nationality, passport number, visa type, address in Thailand, phone number, transport used to enter Thailand, arrival card number, entry date and form date) together with unfinished form drafts. This data is kept in the app's private storage on the device. Android system backup is disabled for this app. Uninstalling the app or clearing its data removes this information. You can also remove saved form details for a person from the TM.47 form screen and remove people from the Family list.

Notifications and home screen widgets

Reminders are scheduled locally by the app on your phone; no reminder details are sent anywhere. If you add a MyStay90 widget, the selected person's display name, remaining days and reporting date are shown on your home screen, where anyone looking at your phone can see them. Remove the widget to stop showing them.

Files you create

When you save, share or print a TM.47 PDF, the file goes only to the destination you choose: a folder on your device, another app, or a print service. A temporary copy used for sharing is kept in the app's private cache and replaced by the next export. If you restore a backup file made by an earlier version of the app, it is read from the file you select; nothing is uploaded.

Optional usage statistics (Google Firebase Analytics)

Usage statistics are off by default. After your first saved reporting date the app asks once whether you want to share them, and you can change your answer at any time in Settings › App info. When you switch them on, the app sends to Google Firebase Analytics, in a Firebase project operated by MyStay90: fixed screen names and feature-usage events (for example screens viewed, reminder saved, PDF generated, and contact app opened), with predefined categories for the form step, reporting method, widget size, app language, contact channel, and action outcome (such as saved, cancelled, failed, or opened), plus yes/no flags and first/regular report categories, the app version, device model and operating system version, the country or region that Google derives from your connection, and a Firebase app-instance identifier. The app never includes names, dates, addresses, passport details, form text, enquiry text or report history in these events. Advertising ID collection is disabled and the advertising ID permission is removed from the app; ad personalization signals are off. Switching statistics off stops collection immediately and resets the analytics identifier on your device. Aggregated events that Google has already received cannot be deleted individually by MyStay90. Google's processing is described in the Google Privacy Policy and Firebase privacy documentation.

Service settings read from the server

The app reads one public settings document from Google Cloud Firestore without a login. It contains the name of an optional in-person reporting service provider, contact channels, service areas, prices, an optional announcement image and links published by the MyStay90 operator. Google processes technical connection information (such as your IP address and app and device metadata) to deliver these requests, and Firebase may create an app-installation identifier for its services. Saved reports, form details and enquiry text are never sent to Firestore. If the connection fails, the related menu is simply hidden.

Optional in-person reporting assistance

The app may offer an enquiry to an independent third-party service provider that files 90-day reports at immigration offices for a fee. This provider is named in the app and is not part of MyStay90. When you choose LINE or WhatsApp, the app composes a message containing only what you typed on that screen (for example your phone number, email address, a message and the service area you selected) and opens the messaging app with that text, or copies the text for you to paste. Nothing is sent until you review the message and tap Send in the messaging app. MyStay90 does not receive, store or forward enquiries. The provider's handling of your message is governed by the provider's own terms and privacy practices, and the messaging app's policies apply to the message itself.

The app can open the official Thai Immigration online reporting website, the MyStayVisa website (mystayvisa.com) and messaging apps in your browser or in other apps. Those sites and apps have their own privacy policies.

Children

MyStay90 is a tool for adults who must file immigration reports. It is not directed to children under 18 and does not knowingly collect information from them.

Security

Connections to Google services use HTTPS. Data on your phone is protected by the Android application sandbox. There are no MyStay90 account credentials to protect or to lose.

Your choices

You can use every feature without sharing usage statistics. You can switch statistics on or off at any time, remove saved form details or people inside the app, remove widgets from your home screen, and delete all app data by uninstalling. Because the app has no accounts and the operator holds no copy of your personal data, there is nothing for the operator to delete on request beyond the limits described above; you may still contact us with any privacy question.

요약

MyStay90은 계정·로그인이 없고 오프라인으로 작동합니다. 입력한 이름·날짜·주소·여권 정보는 휴대폰에만 저장되며, 이를 수신하는 MyStay90 서버는 없습니다. 휴대폰 밖으로 나갈 수 있는 것은 (1) 이용자가 직접 켠 경우에만 Google Firebase Analytics로 보내는 선택적 사용 통계, (2) 앱이 공개 서비스 설정을 읽을 때 Google이 처리하는 기술적 접속 정보, (3) 이용자가 직접 저장·공유·전송하기로 선택한 파일과 메시지뿐입니다. 제3자 광고 네트워크가 없고 광고 ID를 사용하지 않습니다. 성인(18세 이상) 이용자를 위한 앱입니다.

휴대폰에 저장되는 정보

입력 내용에 따라 본인과 최대 4명의 표시 이름, 최근 입국일 또는 이전 신고일, 계산·조정된 신고일, 알림 설정, 신고 이력, TM.47 서식 정보(여권상 성명, 국적, 여권번호, 비자 종류, 태국 내 주소, 전화번호, 입국 교통수단, 입국카드 번호, 입국일, 서식 작성일)와 작성 중인 초안을 앱 전용 저장공간에 보관합니다. 이 앱은 Android 시스템 백업을 사용하지 않습니다. 앱을 삭제하거나 앱 데이터를 지우면 이 정보도 삭제됩니다. TM.47 화면에서 저장된 서식 정보를 지우거나, 가족 목록에서 사람을 삭제할 수도 있습니다.

알림과 홈 화면 위젯

알림은 휴대폰 안에서 앱이 직접 예약하며 알림 내용은 어디로도 전송되지 않습니다. 위젯을 추가하면 선택한 사람의 표시 이름, 남은 일수, 신고일이 홈 화면에 표시되어 휴대폰 화면을 보는 누구나 볼 수 있습니다. 위젯을 제거하면 표시되지 않습니다.

이용자가 만드는 파일

TM.47 PDF를 저장·공유·인쇄하면 이용자가 고른 폴더, 앱, 인쇄 서비스로만 전달됩니다. 공유용 임시 사본은 앱 전용 캐시에 보관되며 다음 내보내기 때 교체됩니다. 이전 버전에서 만든 백업 파일을 복원하는 경우 이용자가 선택한 파일에서 읽을 뿐, 업로드하지 않습니다.

선택적 사용 통계(Google Firebase Analytics)

사용 통계는 기본적으로 꺼져 있습니다. 첫 신고일을 저장한 뒤 한 번 공유 여부를 묻고, 설정 › 앱 정보에서 언제든 바꿀 수 있습니다. 켜면 MyStay90이 운영하는 Firebase 프로젝트의 Google Firebase Analytics로 고정된 화면 이름과 기능 사용 이벤트(예: 화면 조회, 알림 저장, PDF 생성, 메신저 열기), 미리 정한 서식 단계·신고 방법·위젯 크기·앱 언어·연락 채널·처리 결과(저장·취소·실패·열림 등) 구분, 예/아니오 값과 첫 신고/정기 신고 구분, 앱 버전, 기기 모델과 OS 버전, Google이 접속 정보로 추정한 국가·지역, Firebase 앱 인스턴스 식별자가 전송됩니다. 이름·날짜·주소·여권 정보·서식 내용·문의 내용·신고 이력은 절대 포함되지 않습니다. 광고 ID 수집은 비활성화되어 있고 광고 ID 권한은 앱에서 제거되었으며 광고 개인화 신호도 꺼져 있습니다. 통계를 끄면 즉시 수집이 중단되고 기기의 분석 식별자가 초기화됩니다. Google이 이미 수신한 집계 이벤트는 MyStay90이 개별 삭제할 수 없습니다.

서버에서 읽는 서비스 설정

앱은 로그인 없이 Google Cloud Firestore의 공개 설정 문서 하나를 읽습니다. 여기에는 선택적 방문 신고 대행 업체명, 연락 채널, 서비스 지역, 요금, 선택적 안내 이미지·링크·앱 업데이트 안내가 들어 있습니다. Google은 이 요청을 처리하기 위해 IP 주소, 앱·기기 메타데이터 같은 기술적 접속 정보를 처리하며, Firebase가 서비스용 앱 설치 식별자를 만들 수 있습니다. 저장된 신고 정보·서식 정보·문의 내용은 Firestore로 전송되지 않습니다. 접속에 실패하면 관련 메뉴가 표시되지 않을 뿐입니다.

선택적 방문 신고 대행 문의

앱은 이민국 방문 신고를 유료로 대행하는 독립된 제3자 업체에 문의하는 기능을 제공할 수 있습니다. 업체명은 앱에 표시되며 MyStay90과는 별개의 회사입니다. LINE 또는 WhatsApp을 선택하면 앱은 그 화면에 이용자가 입력한 내용(예: 전화번호, 이메일, 메시지, 선택한 서비스 지역)만으로 메시지를 구성해 메신저 앱을 열거나 붙여넣을 수 있도록 복사합니다. 메신저에서 이용자가 내용을 확인하고 직접 보내기 전에는 아무것도 전송되지 않습니다. MyStay90은 문의를 수신·저장·전달하지 않습니다. 업체의 메시지 처리는 업체의 약관과 개인정보 관행을, 메시지 자체는 메신저 앱의 정책을 따릅니다.

아동

MyStay90은 이민 신고 의무가 있는 성인을 위한 도구이며 18세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않고, 아동의 정보를 알면서 수집하지 않습니다.

보안

Google 서비스 연결은 HTTPS를 사용합니다. 휴대폰의 데이터는 Android 앱 샌드박스로 보호됩니다. 보호하거나 유출될 MyStay90 계정 정보 자체가 없습니다.

이용자의 선택

사용 통계를 공유하지 않아도 모든 기능을 쓸 수 있습니다. 통계는 언제든 켜고 끌 수 있고, 앱 안에서 저장된 서식 정보나 사람을 삭제하거나, 홈 화면에서 위젯을 제거하거나, 앱을 삭제해 모든 앱 데이터를 지울 수 있습니다. 앱에 계정이 없고 운영자가 개인정보 사본을 보유하지 않으므로 위에 설명한 범위 외에 운영자가 요청에 따라 삭제할 정보는 없으며, 그래도 개인정보 관련 문의는 언제든 보내실 수 있습니다.
